The much-awaited construction of Sarangani Medical Center started late January this year. It is located at the Capitol Grounds in the town of Alabel.
According to reports, the Sarangani Medical Center is an initiative of Sarangani Congressman Manny Pacquiao and supported by the provincial government. It will have a capacity of 200 beds and state-of-the-art facilities. It will be the first tertiary level hospital in the whole province of Sarangani and is slated to become a premier medical center in the region.
