Helobung Festival is an annual celebration in Lake Sebu, South Cotabato that coincides with the town's founding anniversary. The festival name is a T'boli word which means "never ending joy". The week-long celebration showcases the diverse culture of the people of Lake Sebu especially those of the T'boli tribe through their crafts, dances and songs.
