Few days to go before Helobung Festival 2014, a week-long celebration that showcases the arts, culture traditions and other tribal activities of the Tboli tribe and the people of Lake Sebu. The celebration also coincides with the founding anniversary of Lake Sebu which is the summer and eco-cultural center of South Cotabato.
