Demie Fresco from Tacurong City joins Team Sarah on The Voice of the Philippines

Demie Fresco from Sultan Kudarat made all her friends and kababayan proud when she became the third member of Team Sarah in the second season of the hit "The Voice of the Philippines" aired on ABS-CBN last Saturday, November 8, 2014.

The 16-year old singer who originally hails from Tacurong City in the Province of Sultan Kudarat impressed the audience and the judges of The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 with her rendition of "Ikaw" which made three (3) judges turn their chairs including Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo and Apl de Ap.

Bamboo said, "It took me a while cause, iniintay ko lang 'yung kwento. How you're going to finish the whole song. If you want to progress on my team, that's something you got to have."

Apl de Ap: "Your voice, ang lakas. Parang nagwo-workout."

Her chosen coach Sarah Geronomi said: "Gusto ko kung paano mo ginawang simple lang, hindi mo in-over sing, at ang ganda ng akyat ng mga high notes mo, hindi parang nahihirapan."

Out of the four (4) The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 judges, only Lea Salonga did not turn for Demie Fresco, she said, "Technically you have the tools na. Medyo nabibigatan lang ako ng konti sa vibrato mo, sa umpisa. But it's not to say na hindi ka talented. You have something very special."
