Here's a good news for the people in SOCCSKSARGEN. Aside from Philippine Airlines (PAL) and Cebu Pacific, you can now fly from General Santos City to Manila and back through Tigerair Philippines.
That's right. Tigerair Philippines, one of the country's low-fare airlines is the latest addition to airlines that offers Manila- Gensan service. Tigerair, which is a sister company of Cebu Pacific had its maiden Manila- Gensan flight on Friday, November 28, 2014.
Tigerair's Manila- Gensan service is scheduled to operate 5X a week. The flight from Manila will depart at 2 PM on Mondays and will arrive at General Santos City International Airport at 3:50 PM. On Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, Tigerair will depart from Manila at 12:30 PM and is scheduled to arrive in General Santos City at 2:20 PM.

From General Santos City, Tigerair will depart at 3:00 pm every Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, 4:30 pm on Mondays and at 3:10 pm every Thursdays.
Tigerair will utilize its airbus A320 aircraft with a 180-seating capacity.
