Here's one big event to look forward to next year - the 2015 Paragliding Accuracy World Cup to be held in Maasim, Sarangani.
You read that right. After the success of the 1st International Paragliding Accuracy Championship (IPAC) held in Maasim last August, paragliders from all over the world will be coming again to Sarangani for one of the legs of next year's paragliding accuracy world cup. The event will be held at the paragliding site described by experts as "world-class" located at SAFI Ranch in Sitio Seguil, Brgy. Tinuto in the town of Maasim.

At least 25 countries and hundreds of pilots/ paragliders are expected to participate in the event.

In a report, Department of Tourism Region 12 (DOT-12) Regional Director Nelly Nita Dillera confirmed Sarangani's hosting of the paragliding world cup and said that the event will help boost the tourism potentials of the region which is being promoted as the country's "12th Paradise".
