Preparations are underway for the 2015 Kalilangan Festival in General Santos City. And this year promises to be grander with Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges as the festival organizer.
This year's Kalilangan Festival theme is “Kultura Ko, Identity Ko”.
The week-long celebration of culture and heritage will kick off on February 23 until February 27, with a soft launching on February 9.
