The three major airline companies that has scheduled flights in Gensan from various destinations like Manila, Cebu, and Iloilo are Philippine Airlines (PAL), Cebu Pacific (CebPac) and Airphil Express (APx). PAL and Cebu Pacific has daily flights for Gensan-Manila and also operates the Gensan-Cebu route every MWF. Meanwhile Airphil Express flies the Gensan - Iloilo route for three times a week.
