A Cotabateño and 3 others from SOX will graduate on top of the 144-member Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) graduating Masidlak Class of 2017.
Class Valedictorian of PNPA Masidlak Class of 2017 is a Cotabateño, 3 others from Region 12 in Top 10

Class valedictorian is Cadet First Class Macdum Enca of Cotabato City, son of Yacobnor Enca, 59, a civil engineer and Zainab Enca, 60, a public elementary school teacher.

The fourth of six siblings, Enca said his “passion to help” drove him to enter the police academy. He was an active member of United Voices for Peace Network, a non-governmental organization during his high school days in Cotabato City.

Before entering the academy, Enca took up electronics and communications engineering for a year at the University of Southeastern Philippines in Davao City.

Of the Top 10 PNPA 2017 graduates, 4 are from Region 12 - Enca, Cadet First Class Michael Salendab Daunotan from Tacurong City (7th Place), Ian Rey Canen Diolanto from Polomolok, South Cotabato (8th Place), and Michael John Suniega Sentinta from Isulan, Sultan Kudarat (9th Place).

Congratulations!
