Happening on September 12, the Mutya ng Mindanao 2014 pageant is one of the highlights of Tuna Festival 2014 in General Santos City.
The competition is open to females, single, must be 17 to 25 years old, Filipino citizens and a resident of Mindanao for the last 5 years. She must be a reigning beauty queen and must be endorsed by the city or province being represented.
