CityMall Cotabato City to rise soon

A CityMall will soon be constructed in Cotabato City. This was according to a disclosure released by DoubleDragon Properties, a company owned by Jollibee Foods owner Tony Tan Caktiong and Mang Inasal founder Edgar "Injap" Sia II.

DoubleDragon's subsidiary CityMall Commercial Centers Inc. (CMCCI) has already acquired the 1.5 hectare lot where the soon to rise CityMall Cotabato City will be constructed.

The property is located along Gov. Gutierrez Ave. in Brgy. Rosary Heights VII and is few meters away from the New Cotabato City Hall which is also known as the "People's Palace". The project site is also near the Cotabato Regional Medical Center, Notre Dame Hospital and ARMM Regional Office Complex.
DoubleDragon in its disclosure said that the construction of CityMall Cotabato City will "provide substantial additional decent employment to the local workforce of the city."
