LGU-Esperanza and the Department of Tourism-12 invites everyone to come to Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat this coming November 10-14 and celebrate the town's 41st Foundation Anniversary and Hinabyog Festival 2014.

Photo must be taken from October 13- November 10, 2014
Deadline of Submission of entries for this category is on November 11, 2014 (10:00AM)

Category 2: HINABYOG FESTIVAL
Paricipants must submit 3 photos ( maximum ) for this category. 

Photo must be taken During the Hinabyog Festival activities ( November 10-14,2014).

Deadline of submission of entries for this category is on November 14, 2014 (3:00 PM ). 

The committee will not accept late submissions.

Mechanics

• This contest is open to public ( residents and non-residents of Esperanza ).
• Amateur and Professional photographers may join.
• Joining the Contest is Free ( no fees will be collected ).
• Participants are required to print their own photo printing shop that they prefer.
• Entries should be in 8” x 12” in COLOR PRINTS, unmounted and taken in digital format.
• Only Basic enhancements like cropping, re-sizing and minor adjustment in brightness and contrast will be allowed. Entries must be written to a CD. The original file must be submitted together with the enhanced file (separate folders for original photos and enhanced photos). Printed Photo must not have any identifying marks that would indicate its owner.
• A participants may only submit 3 photos ( maximum ) in each category. 
• Entries to be submitted should be in FULL COLOR. Photo in Black and White or Sepia are not allowed.
• Nudity, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, gruesome, violent photos are automatically disqualified. 
• Photo should not include watermarks, frames or other markings on the photo, such as date and time of the entry.
• Each photo to be submitted MUST HAVE a corresponding “PHOTO TITLE” and “PHOTO CAPTION” which will be written on the official entry form.
• All entries must be the original work and owned by the participant and must not have been used or published in any media or posed online for whatever purpose.
• All entries will be uploaded to the Official Facebook Account of LGU-Esperanza.
• The photo with the number likes on Facebook within a specified period of time will win the Most Popular Photo award. One photo from each category will be chosen for this award.
• Photo exhibit featuring the Pride of Esperanza entries will open on October 13- November 11, 2014. 
• Entries for the Hinabyog Festival Category will be exhibited on November 14, 2014. Judges will choose the top 3 photos in each category.
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel the contest in the event that an insufficient number of suitable quality are submitted.
• All submitted entries, winning or non-winning, shall become property of LGU- Esperanza and Department of Tourism XII; and maybe published or used for Promotional purposes with due acknowledgement of the original owner.
